This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services purchased from Ecom Goal LLC (“Ecom Goal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
1. Consultations
Initial consultations are free. No payment is required to discuss your needs and whether our Services are a fit for your business.
2. Cancellation by the Client
You may request to cancel an ongoing service subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services you have already paid for until the end of that period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because our Services are delivered as ongoing, hands-on work:
- Within 7 days of your first payment: if we have not yet begun substantive work on your account, you may request a full refund.
- After work has begun: refunds are prorated based on the portion of the service period remaining and the work already performed. Setup fees and time already worked are non-refundable.
- Completed one-time services (for example, a completed listing optimization or a completed approval/ungating project) are non-refundable once delivered.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to review every request within 5 business days and will respond with a decision and next steps.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We are committed to fair and honest service.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Refunds relate to the delivery of our Services only. As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee any specific sales, revenue, or profit, and results are not a basis for a refund.
